Features and Applications
The Vacuum Butterfly Valve is a new type of butterfly valve with high performance. According to the difference of drive unit, it is divided into Electric Vacuum Butterfly Valve and Manual Vacuum Butterfly Valve.
It is mainly composed of valve body,valve disc,valve shaft, sealing ring,drive unit and so on. The drive unit drives the valve shaft, which makes the valve disc rotate within the range of 90° relative to valve body.Finally, it fulfills the purposes of valve operation and flow control.
The valve can cut-off the medium from two directions, and can realize reliable seal without any leakage from two directions.
The valve adopts self-lubricating bearing which has small frictional coefficient.
The shaft seal adopt self compensating structure which can separate the pipe inside from atmosphere, so vacuum of pipeline is assured. The valve disc sealing ring can be replaced without removing the valve from pipeline.
The Electric Vacuum Butterfly Valve is driven by electric actuator. It has many characteristics such as reliable performance and flexible operation. It can be operated on the spot and realize the remote centralized control. The manual mechanism is attached to the electric actuator, which can be used if it is necessary.
According to the operating condition, you can choose the protective device such as electric tracing and so on which can assure the reliable service when the Vacuum Butterfly Valve is used in severe environment, such as outdoors, low temperature, et.
The Vacuum Butterfly Valve are widely used in the air cooled condenser system of air cooling power generation unit in thermal power stations, applied in the medium such as water or air or vapour, which temperature will not exceed 200℃.

Description for Order
1.Please mark with the valve specification, type, applied medium, working temperature, working conditions, working pressure and so on in the order.
2.The position of changeover speed gear and hand wheel can be assembled according to the customer , s demand. Please mark with your requirements in the order technical condition.
3.The connection sizes D, D1, D2, D3, n-Φd overall dimensions are according to GB/T9115 ( when the material of valve body is carbon steel), the face to face dimension L is according to GB12221 which series is wafer or double fanges. The other dimensions are reference dimensions.
4.The electric butterfly valve delivers without separate electric control box generally. Please mark it out if you need.
